Our mission is to provide a seamless and unforgettable event experience for you and your guests. Our partner network will include caterers, event planners, decorators, chefs, entertainers and technicians. Rare Element Events will act as a central coordinating hub to ensure exceptional customer service and attention to detail, making ways for other entrepreneurs to enhance and grow their businesses, garnering a sense of community within the industry. Our venue will feature state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment, customizable lighting, and versatile seating arrangements to accommodate any event style. We will also offer a variety of in-house event services including event planning, audio/visual equipment rentals, table & chair rentals, prop rental and décor - making us a one-stop-shop for all event needs. We understand the importance of budget management and will offer a variety of pricing options and event packages. Whether you are planning an intimate gathering or a grand event. Rare Element Events will be the ideal location to make connections over shared meals, music and memories.

What makes me proud of our business is being directly connected to the nonprofit I founded, Lovie's Pearls. Our mission is to empower teen moms through education, edification and encouragement so they and their children will succeed in life. With our event space we will ensure that Lovie's Pearls always has somewhere to meet and host events. We average about two workshops a month and have host a few fundraising events throughout the year. Having access to our space, at no cost, will allow the opportunity to schedule more workshops and establish a weekly place for the teen moms to meet....The No Judgement Zone. We will offer a substantial discount to other nonprofits, and will offer one free rental every quarter. Running a nonprofit, I know how difficult it can be to find a location to host an event or fundraiser staying within budget. Allowing for these concessions will make a huge difference in whether or not an organization is able to host their events. We are proud to make an impact in the community!
